It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

My name is D’Andre Moorefield. I am a Serial Entrepreneur, that focuses on creating impact and providing value within various industries.

The person you see today, is a person that has faced many obstacles, insecurities, loss, & hardship. He’s also spent much time within deep personal reflection, gaining awareness about his identity, and identifying and eliminating past traumas. He’s someone who is always trying to optimize himself to the fullest of his ability. And I believe that identifying and understanding these issues, are the reason why I am where I am today.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

Throughout my journey to “success”, I’ve faced countless obstacles. Ridicule. Slander. Depression. Loss of family. Financial hardship. Residential eviction. Car repossession. Literally all of it. But once you realize that obstacles are thrown your way, only to strengthen your ability to overcome them and the future ones that you WILL encounter, you learn to embrace them.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

My most recent company is called Social Hubb.

We are a digital photobooth equipment rental and wholesaling company. Social Hubb has emerged as an industry leader in photo booth rental technology and entertainment solutions. We are a nationally serving company, who prides itself in delivering tailored and memorable experiences to our clients. With our established partnerships with nationally based event planners, bar industry establishments, and catering of corporate events, our experience is what establishes our dominance. Our in-house, turn-key operation allows us to minimize the cost to our clients and presents us with the unique opportunity to focus on what matters most – creating a customized and memorable solution for your event.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Let me be sure to say this clearly – GET. OUT. OF. YOUR. OWN. WAY.

Most people have amazing ideas and they remain locked in their head because self-limiting beliefs start to creep in, and they get in their own way. Or they have massive aspirations to do something, and then they let outward factors influence them to not get started. I believe that if most people understood that if you just get started, and relentlessly put in the work and effort, your success is inevitable. The universe operates on a set of governing laws, and if you just get started, there is an equal and opposite reaction to your efforts and decisions.

Here’s the formula: Idea + Desire To Achieve It + Plan + Massive Action = Results You Desire

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

I’m glad we’re touching base on this topic, because I believe that not enough people truly understand what the term “success” means. Most think that it’s an end-goal or a definite position. Which it’s not.

My definition of success is: the progressive realization of a worthy ideal. In simpler terms, success is found and created within the journey, not in the end position. It means that anyone who’s on course toward the fulfillment of a goal is successful. We’re successful as long as we’re working towards something we want to bring about in our lives.

What’s next for you?

I can’t fully give away much detail for what I have coming next, but let’s just say it will be a platform that will allow people to work directly with me, in helping them create either a passive or active income. Stay tuned!
