Today we’d like to introduce you to Sadiq Mohamud.
It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
Thank you for letting me share my story.
My journey began with a desire to be great. It was this point in my life when I decided to seek coaching. I figured, what I didn’t know was holding me back from realising my desired self. I had some great coaches and they left me wondering “Imagine I could do this for myself?” And so I started to study the mind, and undergo numerous coaching qualifications. And study just under 100 books dedicated to psychology and self development. Initially I thought I was doing this for myself. To give myself the peace of mind to help myself through life. But that would change. It wasn’t long before I realised how I was living a totally different life than the one before. Life no longer felt like a struggle. I was attracting a sense of EASE and Control in everything I did. One fateful day I asked myself “What if I could help show others, who have been beaten down by life, how they can use their mind to give them the ease, control and joy and confidence that I have experienced on my journey?” So I did. The results were honestly incredible. I am honoured to say we now support an international client base, far reaching from USA to Europe to Asia. Providing the tools and understanding I had acquired on my journey for freeing themselves from their constant struggles, worries and doubts – one week at a time.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
For as long as I could remember – I saw challenges as the enemy. Beneath the surface I felt that I could never match up. I never quite had the answer to face my obstacles. I grew fearful of challenges. In the event of finding a solution to a challenge, I would never trust myself with the answer I had arrived at. Life was a game of second guesses. And a pretty painful game at that.
That was my story. But not anymore. I have come to see challenges in a new light. When the end goal is considered achieved, you will come to see challenges as formalities. They are there to keep the journey interesting. They are there to give you opportunities to claim victories. To build your confidence…
With this newfound attitude I struggled to find challenges that I faced. Nevertheless, I will disclose an insightful experience.
Learning to trust my intuition was an early challenge I faced. I since found myself operating differently. Thinking differently. And reacting differently, when i was searching for answers to my questions. I was no longer stressed, or trying to force an answer. I had faith that the answer would arrive. Where my challenge presented, was accepting and embracing the answers which presented themselves to me, as the best answer for that problem. With time, I found that I had no reason to doubt my answers. My intuition continues to provide me the right solution to numerous high stake moments.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
I believe here at Steeryourfuture myself and my team is in the work of Helping People Help Themselves. My journey began with the desire to help myself, only that I lacked the tools and information to do anything about it. Now, as an Accredited Mindset Coach, with further specializations in Transformation Life Coaching and Confidence Coaching, here at SteerYourFuture we make it our mission to show people how they can take back CONTROL of their lives and attract more EASE to their living, so they can Steer Their Future with Confidence. What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
That’s a great question. My best advice would be to make a Decision. Decisions truly mean the difference between an ordinary life and an extraordinary one. What should you decide? Decide how you want to live. Start there. Once you figure out how you want to live, you’ll find pretty much everything else falls into place.
How do you want to live? What do you desire more than anything in life?
Great, now you have a starting point. Now brainstorm what skills, what knowledge, or what interests do you have or could you develop that could allow you to make your dream life possible?
You may not feel ready, or able to do the thing that can get you to where you want to go. That’s okay. The confidence and faith and belief to trust yourself and push forward can be developed. We help ambitious individuals overcome their limitations here at Steeryourfuture everyday, and you are no different.
You can develop the self confidence to go for what you desire. And if it’s the skillset you are lacking, you can develop that too. Decision is the magic word. What do you want? And how willing are you to do what’s needed to make your dream a reality?
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
The word Success means to set a dream and to strive towards it. Earl Nightingale has defined it perfectly, “Success is the Progressive Realization of a worthy Ideal”.
Everyday you are acting on a task that will move your dream towards you, you are a success. Success is found in the journey, because without the journey there would be no destination.

The details are yet to be disclosed, but what we can say? Be Excited. The event will be over the course of 3 days, and will see a variety of coaches offering their gift to the attendees. It truly will be a highlight of the year for anyone who decides to take part in our self healing and recharging 3 day Summit in Bali.
