Exclusive Interview with Rishabh

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rishabh Rampuria.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

Thank you and likewise. For me to be successful well there have been many factors and things but a few of them are, the first and most important thing one needs to do is to set goals and objectives. Only through the setting of goals can one really have something to pursue and claim success when we got those things or meet the set goals and target. A very important ingredient in achieving real success is determination. If one is going to get real success, one has to be determined to never give up no matter what the situation might be. Patience is yet another golden rule that I have always applied and I have never made the mistake of confusing education with getting a diploma or a degree.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

Challenges make life exciting. Without challenges, we’d just slouch all day, and apparently, that’s not the plan. We have the power to shape our future, and it’s both a blessing and a curse. But any way you look at it, it ensures that life is interesting and fulfilling. I have faced many tough challenges, some more difficult than others but the one that impacted me the most is I have been faced with great doubt from others but the challenge was to truly let go of all personal doubt. When I started to believe in myself more it did not matter as much if others doubted in me, because I knew I could.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

So we at Rampuria group are very diversified into various kinds of business like Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Construction, Telecommunication, Import/ export and we have recently joined the hospitality and F&B sector. When you have a passion for your work and a passion for the subject matter, it makes a huge difference and it has been emotional journey for us. Our incredibly strong team ethic, means that we are committed to pooling our skills, problem solving capabilities and innovation mindsets to create fresh opportunities for clients and to deliver brilliant, well-crafted work to help them become even more efficient, deliver brilliant communications and continue to drive impactful business results. What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Nobody has ever become successful within a split of a moment. It is not an arduous task either. The first step in your journey to success is to have your clear definition of what success means to you. Once the target set, then you have to do strategic planning. It is advisable to set a time frame as well, closely followed by actually believing in yourself as the way you see yourself is the way you will treat yourself, and the way you treat yourself is what you become and then finally taking action is the most important step towards success.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success is an attitude and state of mind where I feel the exhilaration of knowing that I made a difference for many, did this doing what I love and for me, isn’t measured through superficial metrics such as riches, power or fame. I believe success is measured through the positive impact you have on the lives of others. It is the happiness and the feeling of satisfaction we get when we accomplish a task or do something, it is the happiness we get just by remembering what we have achieved, it also means being able to endure new challenges that enable you to grow and develop mentally, spiritually and professionally.

What’s next for you?

As the world is progressing and developing in a rapid pace , I will be very involved in Artificial Intelligence and Edtech, the pandemic lockdown accelerated the growth of a few sectors I would like to invest and expand in. So our plan for the future is simple – continue doing what we do best, with heart.
