Exclusive Interview with Sebastian Marquez Paris
Today we’d like to introduce you to Sebastian Marquez Paris.
It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
My name is Sebastian Marquez, I’m from Bogota, Colombia. I’m 31 years old. I got interested in doing business when I was very young trying to make money at school, selling stuff then in College at the age of 18 while I was studying mechanical engineering. I started a small food business and also became a dj with the money I earned I then started a dj academy and a small production studio. Then I got into network marketing for a few years but the got tired so I started looking for other ways of making money on internet and I was introduced to the crypto industry and got in love with the concept of trading and investing in general, I started investing in bitcoin in 2015 and started studying trading with some of the best traders in the industry. I bought my first bitcoin for 300 usd. I dropped college (not a recommendation to do so) because I realized that’s not what I wanted and just focused on learning how to trade professionally. When I started having good results in trading and investments y decided to move to Panama City, I came here 6 years ago because of the advantages this Country offers in terms of financial benefits, low taxes, strong currency as it uses the US dollar, growing economy and also it’s a very secure and peaceful place, nice weather and life in general.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
When I started learning how to trade there was not much good information on social media or internet it was difficult to look for a mentor I even started trading in the least recommended market because of lack of information or even bad and wrong information I found on internet. That cost me a lot of money.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
Due to the results I was having a lot of people started to reach out and ask me if I offered mentorships or if I taught how to trade. It was when I decided to form my academy Smart Trading Academy, I’ve always loved teaching people. The Idea of the name came from my name S from Sebastian M from Marquez and ART from the concept of teaching the art of trading. I have hundreds of students a lot of them have become professional traders and money managers for important prop funds. The Idea of my academy is that people find everything they need in just one place, education for anyone including those that have zero knowledge on this topic. Smart Trading Academy has helped a lot of people to change their financial situation specially in Latin America but it’s vision to help people in the US and all over the world.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
Never stop chasing success and eventually it will come.
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
It means achieving what ever goal you propose.

My next goal is to expand the vision and Knowledge in the US both in spanish and english.
