How Pedro Silva Helps Ordinary People Grow Their Wealth With Mars Crypto

Today we’d like to introduce you to Pedro Silva.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

I’m a young entrepreneur from Brazil, I’m a partner and portfolio manager at the Crypto Forest Fund and the founder of Mars Crypto, an investment education company. At Mars Crypto, we help people who have little to no experience begin their investment journey. We also help people break down the mental barriers related to growing their wealth as we see that as one of the biggest challenges for new investors. Our teaching model is very unique as we take a holistic approach to investing, as well as personally supporting our students every step of the way. My biggest goal when I started Mars Crypto was to democratise access to good financial education and help my students in ways I wish I had been helped when I first started investing. One of the biggest ways we do that is by providing constant feedback on their investment analysis. This allows our students to remove all doubts they might have and prepare them to become truly independent investors.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

I think growing up we’re taught a very specific order of events we must follow in life. You must go to school, get good grades so you can enter a good university. Then in university, you must be a good student so you get a good starter job wherein 10-20 years you might have the opportunity to start your own business or rise high enough in that company so that you can then start living life on your own terms. That idea never really made sense to me. Why do I have to wait until I’m 40 to start living life? When I made the decision to start my company I was 19 years old. I faced a lot of doubt from the people around me at the time. People would constantly ask me if I thought about getting a “real” job in a company so I could build my experience or what my plan was if things didn’t work out. Now obviously experience is very important and so is having a backup plan but the way I see things is, we live in a very exciting time with opportunities unlike anyone has ever seen before. We have access to knowledge from the smartest people in history on the tip of our fingers for free. We can earn enough money to live a good life with only our phones. Having the strength to ignore the self-doubt (that’s how I see those comments for the most part) people would place

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

At Mars Crypto – while we teach content that is applicable to all financial markets – we specialize in cryptocurrencies. We believe they are the future of finance and I personally have followed the growth of this new market since 2015. My approach to investment education comes from my real experiences as a wealth and portfolio manager. I’m not interested in “get rich quick schemes” since I know they don’t exist. With our programs, our students get world class financial education aimed at giving them all the knowledge they need to successfully manage and grow their wealth. I cover subjects from mindset to how to think like an investor and real-world techniques portfolio managers use to grow their wealth while limiting their risk. I know how useful it is to have an experienced mentor supporting your learning process so that’s what I provide to our students, you’ll always find me available to answer your questions and to evaluate your work. At the end of the day investing is a job with very real consequences when done wrong, the best way to avoid mistakes is by following the lead of those more experienced than you until you build up that experience yourself.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Understand what success means to you and what you truly want out of life, once you know that never give up on your vision for yourself. Always have an optimistic outlook, especially during tough times since that will differentiate you from everyone else. I think having a strong mindset and knowing what you’re working for is one of the biggest contributors towards one’s success and will definitely make your path there easier. Never underestimate the power of your thoughts.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success to me means having freedom. There’s nothing I value more for myself and others. Being able to make decisions for yourself based on what you want and what you believe is best without having to worry about the financial strain it might have on your life is a special feeling. When I began my journey as an entrepreneur and investor that was my biggest goal. I wanted to provide for myself, my family, and my loved ones a life filled with opportunities without having to worry or stress about what those opportunities might cost. I think that in the end of the day that’s a big motivator behind me creating Mars Crypto, I wanted to share the opportunity of being financially free with those beyond my immediate surroundings.

What’s next for you?

We’re about to launch our new program in Mars Crypto (the Independent Investment Imprint program). I’ve been working towards this launch for the better part of this year and it’s going to be our most complete course yet. I’ve taken all the feedback from our previous programs and used it to improve on what already was a fantastic investment program to create a product that will be unrivaled in the market. That paired with the growing interest in cryptocurrencies around the world will make for one of the best opportunities for people looking to start investing.
