Kinglexagod – The Paradox Of A Tiktok Influencer

Today we’d like to introduce you to KingLexaGod.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

People would describe me as a zodiac influencer. I take ways of being and acting that I have observed in peoples behavior and create them into a Tiktok video or as my followers would say “a mini movie”. I also take scenes from my personal life and recreate them. The paradox of what I do is that even though I’m seen as an astrologist I don’t claim to know anything about astrology. As a matter of fact I’ve never studied astrology. How I got here was a complete accident. I made a Tiktok account last November (2020) with the intention of being an LGBTQ influencer. One day I randomly created a Tiktok about zodiac signs using the stereorypes and it went viral reaching over 888,888 views. My second video did the same. It was that day moving forward where I niched down to the zodiac community. I did not start taking tiktok seriously till perhaps January. I began making 3 Tiktoks a day. Within creating 3 Tiktok’s a day thats where everything shifted for me. It was the months afterwards where I discovered my passion for acting and playing different characters.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

The most difficult yet important aspect of what I do is staying consistent. That means posting everyday and staying creative specially on the days where I’m not feeling like it. My goal in every Tiktok is to move, touch, and inspire my audience wether its through laughter or tears. My content creates a level of relatedness to the community and thats what keeps me creating on the days I’m feeling burnt out. Another challenge I face are Tiktok violations. The most frustrating part about the Tiktok violations is not that they are 90% unjust, it’s the fact that it’s virtually impossible to reach a human being within Tiktok to fight the violations.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

The content I create is elusive and diverse from you typical astrology content. I don’t predict your future nor do I claim that “because you’re a fire sign you belong with an air sign”. The thing about my content is that anyone can relate to it even people who don’t believe in astrology and that’s the beauty of it. I capture the humanity in human beings. To be specific what I do is re-create scenarios that have either happened to me or scenarios I’ve witnessed others go through. They are usually very emotionally dramatic, traumatic, yet vulnerable scenarios. The topic is always around relationships. Wether it’s relationships with your significant other, friends or even family members. No matter what my content will leave you feeling alive and moved with a sense of relatedness.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

To achieve anything you want the main key ingredient is consistency. I would also add personal training and development. I know I wouldn’t be here today if it weren’t for all the internal work and coaching I’ve taken on and continue to do. One of the main things I’ve got from my self work is that the ultimate form of power come from being a contribution to others. Anytime I make anything about myself I lose power. Every follower to me isn’t just a number it’s a human being with a life with a mother, father, with goals, aspirations and it’s a gift to be let into their daily life through a Tiktok.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success to me means that anytime anyone interacts with me they leave the interaction altered.

What’s next for you?

Definitely acting outside of Tiktok. I’ve discovered my love for acting through Tiktok and within this discovery it’s created a new realm of possibilities for me. One of the things I look forward to the most when creating a Tiktok is the acting it will require from me. It’s therapeutic to me. I get to be whoever I want in that moment. I get to feel whatever way I want as-well. The beautiful part of it all is that I’m at the source of it all. Generating emotions on command is fun to me yet challenging. And one thing I am present to is that being fully self expressed is a gift that only I can give myself and I’ve found that acting is a vessel to that. Another venture thats next for me is expanding kinglexagod.com zodiac clothing line. When I was searching the internet for zodiac clothing I was shocked to discover that there was nothing I liked. I took it upon myself to create what I felt was missing.
