Meet Charlotte Mary Wray

Today we’d like to introduce you to Charlotte Mary Wray.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

I am Charlotte and I am a social media influencer, digital creator, investor and entrepreneur. With over 3000 individuals in my international mastermind group, and thousands more in my circle, I help and support people all around the world in making an income by leveraging their Social Media to run simple and profitable businesses from home. Regardless of their previous experience as an influencer I teach others how they can use strategies that work in order to build multiple streams of income, through the power of influencing, to fulfill their financial dreams. I also work as a guest speaker across the globe sharing my experience and knowledge as an influencer and showing others how they can become influencers themselves. By inviting them to join my exclusive community I will teach and show them the same methods that I have used to build a 7 figure business in a very short period of time. What I also teach is that money isn’t everything! Money is the tool to help you create the freedom you desire. The freedom to live your life how you want and to do what you want, when you want. That is the true power of leveraging your time.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

I made a name for myself working as the National Events Manager in Ireland. I worked with the Government & Presidential Office to create and deliver national events attended by tens of thousands of people. I won awards for my work however I was exhausted so I decided to leave it behind. Around this time I became a social media maven and the face of DreamTrips International who were #1 direct seller of global travel-club memberships, I was the featured on company’s social media channels on a regular basis, millions of customers would follow my travel stories via social media platforms. This company unfortunately went through challenging times and I decided to create something new and exciting by myself. I created my own retreats company showing others how to manifest their futures through practical meditation and resilience techniques. I was in Bali when COVID-19 first broke out. I was delivering my last retreat. I got stranded there for sometime and it became increasingly clear the pandemic would close my business. Whilst using the time for reflection, a wise man told me; “Someone is going to create a success in these strange times, others are going to lose everything. You need to decide which side of the story you want to be on…create a new story, create your destiny and help others do the same.” Finally, back in Ireland, I decided to switch gears again and use the opportunity to find new ways to create value for my network.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

I specialize in teaching people how to build an income via their social network to build their own brand and multiple streams of income through influencing strategies. Through my teachings, I emphasize leveraging human nature and buyer psychology to influence your network. I also teach my mastermind how to become an influencer on Instagram and Facebook, how to leverage the time and energy and to build a brand, generate an income and make an impact via social media also known as social selling. Everyone has a dream, a goal and it’s my job to help people realize their potential and create a personal brand on social media. It took me some time to figure out how I could make it a success. I pulled together a network digitally and got to work on what is now a 7 figure business.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

The best advice I can give people who want to find freedom is to follow their heart, listen to your soul, make a plan, and stick to it. Plug into personal growth and development books and courses. Feed your mind, grow your income part time and create a plan to get ahead. It is way too easy to talk yourself out of a dream – you can probably list a hundred reasons not to take a leap! At the same time all you need is one reason to do it, and then you hold on to that with all that you have! Although plans may change, decisions don’t. You may need to be flexible and change your direction over time, however, you must never forget the reason why you got started, why you want this to happen. It is important to keep going even when it feels hard, especially on the days when you feel deflated or frustrated. Remind yourself why you started and hire a coach who is qualified and capable of helping you navigate the challenges you incur in your daily life, inside and outside of your business. You must be careful where you spend your time and energy in life as it’s really easy to be around the wrong people and you must be spending time with others on a similar path to you as this can make the biggest difference.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success to me is… waking up when I want, doing what I want and time and money not being an issue. Success for me is to create a legacy. When you can make a difference in someone’s life, you are not only impacting their life, you impact everyone influenced by them throughout their entire lifetime, this is a legacy and this is my mission. I get to live this success every day, rather than having an end “goal” that I will meet one day and then what. Instead, I let my hunger to help others drive me to live in success every single day of my life. I have a passion for teaching people how to create simple passive incomes and generate incomes from boring ideas that can change your life. Success to me is helping people to get ahead, clear debt and have the head space to do the things that they want to do if time and money weren’t an issue.

What’s next for you?

I have a series of books that I am writing. The topics I have chosen are ones that I am passionate about and I have some personal experience in. I like to be practical and do my best to keep things simple but powerful at the same time. One of my biggest goals is to make a positive impact and continue to shine a positive light in this somewhat dim world. My life has been a rollercoaster. I have experienced homelessness, loss, and pain. I grew up in a family where money was truly too tight to mention. I have known pure poverty, and I have managed to change my money karma. So, I am using my platform and my resources to help people to generate an income online, via their social media. I like sharing boring ideas that can change their life, but not overwhelm them financially or mentally and truly help people to get ahead.
