Today we’d like to introduce you to Groove The Agency.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

Interestingly, my co-founder Andy and myself, Raffi started off in completely different businesses: we were helping our family businesses grow. Along the line we both developed a knack for marketing and were able to help grow our respective businesses from local players to international entities.

We both decided to start Groove The Agency with a vision to provide world class digital marketing services: we wanted to help other businesses that were struggling just like we helped our family businesses. We took on a diverse range of services: from websites and mobile applications to Instagram management.

Today, Groove is a 6 figure marketing agency that has helped hundreds of clients and is undisputedly amongst the best when it comes to Instagram mastery.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

As owners with high standards for ourselves, we spent over $57,000 combined to perfect the art of marketing and business branding. This period was very grueling as we’d spend long hours testing different strategies on our business to fine tune our approach, discard what doesn’t work and double down on what works.

And finally, we got it. We were ready to officially be in business.

However, when we started going hard, we were quite surprised: we saw that all the agencies in this field were very ill informed on what it takes to succeed on the platform and had no idea what they were doing. Almost every client that we on-boarded had the same story: they had all worked with multiple agencies before who claimed to be experts but ultimately gave only excuses for why they weren’t able to deliver results.

Many of them were understandably reluctant to give us a chance but once they did, there was no looking back: their businesses started to take off, and their sales were reflecting that.

Understanding that this field was full of over-promisers was crucial for us to understand that we had to go the other way: by underpromising and overdelivering, we were able to succeed big.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

It might come across as unbelievable, but we really have mastered everything digital marketing related: we do websites, mobile applications, animation videos, photoshoots, and much more, but now we are mostly focused on Instagram growth and helping clients convert more using their page. We focus on creating a “stalkable”, credible Instagram page, and let that do the sales for the client. The work we do is high end and is comparable to the industry leaders.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

As previously mentioned, when we started our agency, we noticed that a lot of agencies were not really interested in delivering results: they were giving out unclear and freely available services and charging a premium for it.

Here at Groove, we were definitely not okay with that: our focus is on creating a win- win scenario for our clients: yes, we actually want our clients to grow and make money!

There’s abundance of everything in the world, including money and professional success, and we want to help people realize that.

We’re happy to say that because of these values not only were we able to help our clients achieve astronomical results, but we were also able to maintain long-standing business relationships with them and have them refer their friends our way, often without us asking.

What’s next for you?

Right now, Groove The Agency is at an important stage in their journey: we are getting busier than ever and are growing our team, and at the same time renewing our dedication to the top notch quality that got us to where we are today every day.

We aim to continue our traction and hit the 1000 client mark in the near future, at which point we will invite our international team for a week-long getaway at a high end resort in Dubai to celebrate our exponential growth.

Sounds pretty ambitious? That’s true. But Groove is just getting started, and we are excited for what the future holds for us and our growing family of team members and clients.
