SwizZy B Rising Rap Star & Independent Record Label Owner Creates his own Blueprint to Success!

Today we’d like to introduce you to SwizZy B.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

My name is Justin Dejesus, but everyone knows me better as SwizZy B. I am a Puerto Rican Hip Hop Artist, Songwriter, Producer as well as the Founder & Owner of Independent Record Label & Hip Hop/Rap Group “LoUd Life Crew”. I was born in Brooklyn, NY & Moved to Florida at the age of 5. I started off writing poetry at the age of 12 during my incarcerations in Juvenile detention programs, which later turned into writing songs by the time I was 16. At first, writing for me was a way to cope with my anger & resentment as I grew up as a very troubled teen. It wasn’t until I was 18 Years old when I decided to Establish LoUd Life Crew as a Legit Business. I had no idea what I was doing at the time all I knew was that I wanted an official Record Label Business with an LLC and everything under my own name & registered. Ever since i have been trying to mastermind the game, I studied Blueprints of some of my favorite artist as well as the Greats like Jay-Z, Master P, Diddy, Birdman, J Prince & Many more. I was fascinated by the drive, Hustle & work ethic these Business men had so much that they Inspired me to start my own business as a teenager.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

Managing multiple artist as well as being an artist myself has been one of the biggest challenges. True Leadership is putting everyone before yourself and making sure you are the motivation to keep the energy alive within the team. Everyone on my Crew has been with me between 5-12 Years so the chemistry we have built over the years is unmatched. I’ve also had to overcome Homelessness along the way during one of the most critical times of my life. Balancing my personal time & work time is always a constant battle for any entrepreneur especially ones with families like myself. Dealing with a lot of untrustworthy individuals but as Raekwon from Wu Tang Clan told me during one of our concerts in Denver is the Industry is filled with Shady, Untrustworthy individuals that’s why you must always stay loyal to the team that was with you before the come up. I’ve dealt with a lot of challenges but one thing about me is that I am always optimistic and positive in any situation I’m in and I believe that got me a long way from where I was.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

I specialize in Entertaining the Masses. I do everything from songwriting, performing & producing to hosting, acting & modeling. Not to mention Coordinating events with Miguel Rivera & the “Put The City On” Team to bring extraordinary opportunities for other upcoming artist & producers on a monthly basis. That’s what I have been doing lately. These events I put together cost thousands of dollars and we don’t charge artist a dime to perform. The way it works is we put together a showcase we have about 3 judges that night 1 being the DJ and the other 2 as special guest and the Best Performer of the night gets flown out to open for an even bigger concert with a bigger artist all expenses paid. We did it for a Lil Baby Concert & a Lil Tjay concert so far. We are working on one for Lil Durk as well as a huge music festival soon. We focus on getting the best artist as well as creating & distributing quality content & Expanding our fan base through social media marketing & these Live Concerts. I have personally worked closely with Companies like Livenation & AEG (Anschutz Entertainment Group) on many events. I have more drive and passion for what I do than your average superstar & entrepreneur, I pay attention to detail in everything i do and consider myself an Innovator in Orlando, Florida Music market.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

You must truly believe in yourself and what you are doing first and foremost. If you don’t believe in yourself nobody will. Success comes with more failure than anything else. Let Failure be the driving force & motivation for you to not only want to be better but actually do better. Don’t let fear & rejection steer you away from what you actually want to accomplish. Gaining success comes with taking risks, sometimes risks so big it makes you uncomfortable to take. Learning how to navigate & thrive during those times will separate you from most and will also give you the confidence you need to become a Star. Ever since I started writing and making music I always knew I would be successful because it’s all about working hard and my work ethic is unmatched, I still haven’t met anyone who works as hard as me for their dreams and goals.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success could mean different things to different people. For me personally, leaving a forever lasting legacy through my art would be success for me. Creating generational wealth to where my kids, Grandkids and so on don’t have to experience the life I have when growing up. Owning everything I am involved in from Businesses to Real estate. Overall Accomplishing the goals you set out for yourself would be success for me.

What’s next for you?

I’m currently planning on going out of the country for tour & a few networking events in 2022. I’m booked for a few Major Festivals that I will be performing at in New Mexico as well as Texas. I am also in the midst of releasing Mine & LoUd Life Crew First Single with a Huge Platinum Selling Hip Hop Artist before 2021 is over, which will also be the first single released off our Debut Album. I’m currently working on taking my local events nationwide so we can continue giving new artist opportunities to build a name for themselves in the industry. I plan on continuing to build more relationships with likeminded individuals so we can start making a global impact within the Hip Hop community. I truly believe I am a Visionary with new ideas that I will make come to life and I’m always looking for dedicated partners to join me.
